What’s Included in the Lipstick-Making Workshop

• Create your own custom lipstick using a natural base, colour pigments, and professional equipment.
• All materials are provided, including a nourishing lipstick base and a selection of cosmetic colours.
• The session runs for approximately 2 hours:
  • The first hour is spent mixing your perfect shade and pouring it into moulds.
  • Your lipstick sets in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  • The final step is transferring it into a tube to take home.
• The SOOQ Johannesburg will treat you to a welcome drink and snacks during the experience.

What’s Not Included

• Additional food or drinks are at your own expense.

Terms & Conditions

• If you have allergies to mica, nuts, or beeswax, unfortunately, you cannot attend this workshop.
• Any changes to your attendance must be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being. The organisers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during the event.
• Disruptive behaviour that affects the experience of others will not be tolerated. Anyone behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave without a refund.
• This is a fun, hands-on experience, not a training course for starting a commercial lipstick business.

Cancellation Policy

• The workshop requires a minimum of 6 participants to proceed. If fewer tickets are sold, the event may be cancelled, and attendees will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless cancelled by the organisers.
• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the workshop are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
